If I take a new internet subscription from Scarlet (Internet Loco) will I get the (new) Internet Box or the (old) b-box

I would like to switch to Scarlet (from Mobile Vikings) but I don't want to go back to WiFi 5 (what b-box 3V+ provides). I see the scarlet site is full of references about the (newer) Intrnet Box (with WiFi 6) yet when I called them, apparently you can only get the b-box.

Maybe you people know under what circumstances they offer the Internet Box?

I had to get my modem swapped not too long ago and received a 3V+, virtually identical to the one I've been using for years prior to this.

Due to the promos they like to run for new customers, I even decided to go with Proximus in another new build I'm finishing up and, despite this being Proximus itself (not Scarlet), they still provided me with a 3V+ over there as well. This was like 2 months back tops.

Don't expect a Internet Box at all. Scarlet is Proximus' budget brand.
In my case, even switching from VDSL to fiber didn't imply a B-Box3 to Internet Box swap.

My mother in law did the switch from Proximus to scarlet and nothing was changed. So still old bbox and tv box….

I switched 2 months ago and got a v5 box...the v7 box does not work on the scarlet netwerk.
I bought a v7 via 2dehands but it did not work..

You can buy and use your own modem if you wish.

I switched an install last week to Scarlet (Loco).
Received an old Sagem BBOX3 (V+).
They appear now to even not deliver new one's anymore.
The one I received was f.e. already full of scratches & dust (questioning their refurbish process) .
"Normal" according to the tech & customer service.
