Fulladsl synchronisatieproblemen - UPDATE

Hoi, 'k zal men mailte naar de helpdesk van Fulladsl hier ook maar eens zetten, mss dat iemand van jullie raad weet? 'k Begin Fulladsl stilletjes aan (eeuhum 
) beu te worden ...
Probleem:
Voor de vakantie problemen gehad met een
instabiele lijn, tijdens de zomervakantie niet
aanwezig geweest dus adsl niet gebruikt.
Bij het terug instellen van de router (een USRobotics 9110),
rechtstreeks op de telefoonaansluiting, geen enkele telefoon
in huis of er tussen, komt de downloadsnelheid niet boven
de 3 kB/s (www.userbase.be/speedtest)

26 kbps or 3 KB/sec
Your UPLOAD Speed:
407 kbps or 51 KB/sec
De connectie blijft wel intact.
GEEN achterstallige facturen.
