As customers of TerraSip you are hereby informed that we are closing our business by the end of November and the server will be deactivated. You can use up your credit balance at your Sip account until then. A credit balance below 20 EUR cannot be reimbursed. A credit balance upwards of 20 EUR shall be reimbursed at your request. To do so please give us your Paypal account at [email protected].
