Ik heb momenteel een sip trunk bij WeePee. Tot op heden draaide alles op asterisk op een vps in Brussel. Daar ik nog een klein moederbord overhad wou ik deze vandaag thuis laten draaien, via FreePBX.

Allereerst : de connectie tussen WeePee en FreePBX werkt perfect. Ik zie de FreePBX goed aangelogd bij WeePee (zie screenshot klantenpanel WeePee). Ook als ik één van de DID's bel komt zie ik deze "toekomen" op FreePBX (ttz "Total active calls" gaat van 0 naar 1).

Ik heb een route aangemaakt die telefoonnummer 329xxxxxxx verbind met extensie 1067. Ik kan zowel via een softphone (3cx, xlite) als via een Linksys ATA verbinden met FreePBX : ik krijg als status "connected" plus op FreePBX zie je op de statuspagina "IP Phones Online" van 0 naar 2 gaan (ATA + softphone).

Echter als ik het telefoonnummer 09 xxx xx xx bel, zie ik de oproep netjes binnen komen, maar gaat de telefoon niet "over". Noch op de ATA, noch op de softphone. Ik krijg de melding "the person with extension 1067 is currently unavailable blablabla". Voor de grap heb ik dan maar eens bij extensie 1067 (zie helemaal onderaan) "not reachable" gezet van "unavail voicemail if needed" naar hangup => congestion gezet. Als je nu belt naar het telefoonnummer...krijg ik effectief een overbezettoon.

Op zich bizar dat ik "not reachable" ben, daar ik weldegelijk ben aangemeld met mijn phone?
Iemand die misschien een foutje ziet in mijn config?

zijn je contexten juist?

vraag ik me af waarom die in de blacklist gaat kijken en dan zegt dat het nr in de blacklist staat?

haal, indien mogelijk, eens even zoveel mogelijk controles & macro's eruit, zodat je eigenlijk puur een 1-1 verhouding krijgt: call die binnenkomt rechtstreeks naar 1067 sturen.
en dan kijken naar de logs van exact dat moment.
