I Have the IP 81.89.118.XX
Since 25 August I had the IP 99
With the IP I had very good speed, all day long. With the new IP Ihave however only max 50 - 100K/s. Then I called A2F and to those that said.
They said that the IP are automatically distributed and the IP nothing ...

i will a Full Line Reset, but the Service is NIT BERIJKBAR !!!!
I have call @10:30 H and 16:30 H
I have open a TT, but not reaction !!!

i load since yesterday with 8K/s and i have the IP range .99
The last 3 - 4 Month i load with 360 - 380 K/s.

I had speed good one week ago... Then a Disconnect.
As I connected again, my speed was with 6K/s.
I from then have, called every day with A2F and a TT opened
Meets everyone, they said something else and always lied.
My TT was simply closed Wednesday and was remedied the problem still not yet!!

I have it since Thursday. Speed is 5K/s. no Upload.
If it won't become better tomorrow, I will call in a lawyer
I get none correct support of A2F

I have the same problems also from Belgian sites. Line Reset already was done... no change
TT did I also already yesterday.
Unfortunately no improvement
