Dear guys

I have just switched the Belgacom network to a Base one. I was told that I could still use the BBox2 router (F@st 3464) from Belgacom for the Base network. However after more than 10 calls with the helpdesk of Base, I am still failed to connect to the internet. Is there anybody who has any idea about the configuration of BBox2 for the Base network? What I have is as follows: PPPOE LLC; VC 0/32. But it seems not enough for the connection.
Thanks..By the way, happy national day~

you need username and password also, this is case sensitive!

Base support could be better, the combination of the VPC/VCI is rare here so you can try 8/35.

Don't know how outdated this page is: http://www.weethet.be/BASE.html

And be sure that your bbox2 is in adsl mode, not vdsl mode, you can do this by performing a reset of the bbox2
